A Happy Fourth of July to One and All

Yes it was passed on the 2nd of July - and it was not signed by everyone until later - and it took some time to get this right - and we are still working on parts of it - but to one and all have a great 4th of July on this 233rd Anniversary of its birth. Need to go confuse my neighbors by flying my Bennington and Fort McHenry Flags
