Am I Banned?

Like Michael I can revise a thread but not comment.  I get the same result from my laptop, my desktop using google Chrome and my net book using Internet Explorer.  It has to be on your end...

Your browser cache for IP.com has somehow gotten corrupted.  Try doing a hard refresh (CTRL + F5) of IP.com, or if that doesn't work, restart your browser and try the hard refresh.
