I enjoyed the podcast. His non-answer on funding sources for his funding concerns has me wondering just how exactly he plans to secure funding. : )

Good job as usual from Patrick. I thought it was interesting when Frerichs described how Obama has been underestimated by his opponents. Frerich's political talents have likewise been consistently underestimated. It's obvious that the real reason Frerichs was in Iowa last week to campaign for his "personal friend" was not becuse he just loves politics as he claimed, but that he is settting himself up for the political payback in the future. Obama, Durbin and Emil all have contributed to Frerichs' past campaigns, and will certainly be there when he runs for statewide office in the future.
