So you don't have to listen to these two clips, let me summarize:  Joe says three or four times,"there is no policy."  He rounds it out by saying "we've got to change this policy."  The second clip details, and I use that word loosely, how we should "make Iraq the world's problem."  This involves the very simple expedient of getting the world's major muslim countries and Iraq's neighbors to take over for us.  Good luck, Democrats.
