I've asked Bill Cleeland, the former spokesman for Judy Myers, former DI columnist, and veteran of several campaigns, to join us here as an author. While Bill is a Republican, he's not a social conservative. He's also very agreeable, a very good writer, and a good friend.
I hope you'll give him a chance before flaming him too badly.
In the future, please direct all questions about the Myers campaing to Mr. Cleeland. (Just kidding - old habits die hard.)

Welcome Bill!!
HELLO BILL!! IT IS ALWAYS GOOD TO HAVE NEW PEOPLE ON IP.
Don't let IP drive you "Crazy."
hey bill,
welcome maybe you will get the chance to write more than I have...
Dave Tomlinson
(I will post soon I promise!)
Hi Bill, We will straighten out that "not a social conservative" stuff.
Hope it goes well.
Thanks for the welcome. Gordy gives me way too much credit - for one thing I'm only "agreeable" after 10 AM, once my Red Bull fix kicks in.
Tonight I'm learning the ins and outs of the IP author posting rules, so forgive the newbie mistakes if my first few posts contains lots of crazy symbols, spacing goofs, and random gibberish.
Like Gordy said, I'm going to try to provide a slightly different perspective. While I usually vote Republican, I have backed my fair share of Democrats, and don't believe one party, or ideology, has a monopoly on the truth.
This maybe harder then I thought were is RSW,VVL we need enforcements here this guy is out of control. We can't have authors that vote Democrat sometimes ugh. Start working on him, no monopoly on the truth if this gets out we could be ruined ruined I say
"I'm only agreeable after 10 AM, once my Red Bull fix kicks in."
Yep, thats Bill. We're looking forward to hearng from you...after 10 AM!
This is auspicious.
I plan on winning him over with the intellectual force of my arguments, Run4 :-)
Good plan RSW. I think we need a conservative caucus. Were is VVL have you seen him lately. We could become a cabal. Have you met this Bill Cleeland guy he is nice enough but that's how they start out and wham-o their talking about voting for moderates :).
